NO REFUNDS
However, we will gladly accept your return for store credit ONLY within 14 business days.
Returned items must meet these requirements:
- Returned within 14 business days of receipt of receiving your order.
- In original packaging with tags attached, unworn condition, free of makeup stains and free of odor.
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a store credit code in the form of an e-gift card to the email address attached to the returns order number within 5-7 business days. Please note your return e-gift card will expire 60 days from the email date. Items purchased with store credit will now become final sale. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns must be initiated by emailing service@fypboutique.com. A return address will be provided when the return in approved.
Non-returnable items include (refunds/store credit not accepted):
Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits.
Shipping:
Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Return Processing time:
Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. . Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee Please note a 20% restocking fee may apply when applicable
Note: Incorrect item Received
If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must mail the incorrect item within 7 days.
